This chocolate is made with beans from the Kilombero Valley. Located in the village of Mginbu, the Kokoa Kamili cooperative founded by Brian LoBue and Simran Bindra buys trinitario-type cocoa directly from more than 3,000 farmers with notes of cherries, citrus fruits and coffee.
From organic farming, these beans have been one of our favorites since the visit of our “chocolate maker” Christine to this cooperative in September 2019.

Ingredients: 72% cocoa beans, 28% organic cane sugar
