Sur la route des épices de Zanzibar

For this chocolate bar, we have combined all the flavours of Tanzania. With beans from Kokoa Kamili cooperative we ground bird’s eye chili, cinnamon and black pepper from the spice island of Zanzibar.

Organically grown, these beans have been part of our favourites since our “chocolate maker” Christine visited this cooperative in September 2019.
