A rare cocoa collected from the wild forests of Itenez in Bolivia. This palette is one of our most awarded and loved bars. We receive these beans exceptionally every two years because they are often difficult to access. Roasting is a fragile step due to the nature of these tiny beans. Maple sugar adds a caramelized note to this cocoa infused with notes of exotic fruits.

We have been working for several years with the Domaine des 15 lots for a maple sugar with powerful flavors.
