The master brewers have concocted a tiramisu pastry stout with an addition of 30<br \/>\nkg of coffee&#8230; roasted by deTerroir in Quebec City. After the first brewing with the cereals, the cocoa and<br \/>\ncoffee were collected in their wicked bags to be then frozen. After a return to the chocolate factory, we<br \/>\ndehydrated the cocoa and coffee grounds to make a new chocolate. With a significant loss of cocoa and<br \/>\ncaffeinated flavors, we added a little crunchy side with toast from the Automne bakery and a homemade<br \/>\ncocoa praline. This is what we call the circular economy!
